My iphone 15 pro max had to be fixed in the apple store, and when i got it back i then had to reset it all with icloud, however i have an E SIm. This has caused no end of issues as it asked to scan the QR code, but i dont have it, so i am unable to use my phone until EE send me in the post the QR code! This seems like madness as i am without a phone, with kids, and working. Relying on Royal Mail could mean a rather lengthy wait. Is this really the only way? Lesson learnt though stick with an actual sim card.

Out of interest, what was the reason for having an eSIM in the first place?

@charlotte1771 You can call customer services and they can activate the eSIM from their end.

Hi @charlotte1771.
Welcome the to the community.
As @Chris_B mentioned, you can get in touch with our customer service guides and they can help to activate the eSIM for you.
Alternatively, if you are the account holder, you can visit an EE store with photo ID and they can activate an eSIM or physical SIM for you with your number.

Apparently not! I have tried a few times and as lovely as they have been it is a flat no due to security even though i pass security.

Never again!!
When i set up my new phone it said set up E sim or sim card so i thought it sounded like a good option. Lesson learned.
