E SIM How do I get one for I Phone 16? I have EE Sim card

The store says i cannot get one!!! I want to use my EE E-SIM as the main number then 02 sim card as the second line 

The store just wanted to talk and sign my home broadband no interest in my issue

Is your EE number currently on a pay monthly contract or a pay as you go?

We don't currently offer eSIM on pay as you go, but it is available on contracts.

its on contract but he was all about moving me from BT!!!! Which I want terminated

If you are the account holder, they should have been able to help you get the eSIM set up, as long as you had some photo ID like a passport or driving licence.

You can change your physical SIM to an eSIM in the EE app. You just need to click on your profile at the top right, then Settings and Permissions followed by Replace My SIM/eSIM and choose eSIM.

Was it your BT broadband you wanted to cancel or did the store move you to EE?

I had my passport with me, but he just stated it cannot be done you don't do Esims!

 

then he began a sales pitch asking why I was still with BT Broadband and should be on EE as that was happening for all

 

he did the transfer but I wish to enact the 14 day cooling off and canceling it

I was clearly lied to on the E sim - 

Sote was Fosse park leicester 

@Andypandy1964  if you got the EE SIM in your phone, you can go into settings/Mobile services and click transfer to eSIM. This will move the information from the EE SIM directly to the eSIM once that is done and working you can then put your O2 Sim in the phone.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I'll get that fed back about the eSIM in the store, but the EE app route will be an option to get that set up.

In terms of the broadband, I'd recommend giving our broadband team a call, so they can look at the options for you.
