I’ve just bought and installed a pay as you go eSIM for use while visiting the UK. It seems that someone else already has the phone number attached to my eSIM. Any advice on how to resolve this? Thanks in advance.

The same mobile number cannot be attached to more than one SIM at a given time. What makes you think otherwise?
