Thanks for coming here. 

If the eSIM has been deleted, you would need a replacement SIM card. You can order a replacement SIM card by giving us a call on 07953 966 150 and the team can get the SIM card posted to your account address, or you can visit an EE Store with photo ID to get the replacement.

Hi, I have also deleted my eSIM but now I can not make calls. Is there another way of getting in touch?

Welcome to the community. 

Sounds like you're going to need a replacement SIM. You can get one by speaking with our Mobile Care team or popping into your nearest EE store with photo ID.
