Hi,
I live most of my life overseas but fly in and out of the UK to visit relatives. I have always kept an EE sim in my phone for when I come back. I think I have been with EE almost since day 1. Of course, I use pay as you go with I just upgraded to a Galaxy S24 ultra and thought, why not convert to an esim. When I was in Wallmart in the USA last, I just bought a QR code for a pay as you go esim, same in Thailand & China. Seems here in the UK with EE, I am not allowed me convert to an esim, as I am pay as you go. Seems a bit odd, surly we are the type of customer you want on esim, in case we keep on loosing the pay as you sim.
2 calls to EE and searching the EE website, as well google searching like a mad man and no answer, so I am reaching out to this forum, any ideas?
Cheers

EE have made a policy decision to only offer electronic-SIM on pay-monthly at this time.
There's no reason to "keep on losing" a SIM unless you're intentionally changing them on a frequent basis - which is probably not a demographic EE are pitching at!
