Contract SIM card not working

I have an issue with my SIM since yesterday 6pm it has not worked, I am at work so have no chance to go in store. I was hoping I could get assistance online to run a diagnostic etc

@Hassan3108   If the sim isn’t working how do EE run any diagnostics.  Not that they do this anyway.   You can request a replacement SIM card by calling customer services. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

There is no signal and shows that there is no sim card. The online chat is unavailable therefore I cannot inform them of the issue to run a diagnostic

I can't call customer service from my phone line and do not have a landline unfortunately thanks for the advice though

I accidently pressed solution but the issue is still occurring

I have tried in another phone and it worked and put it back to check if it resolved but it never so it seems to be the phone. The phone is the one I received through my ee contract
