Hi for last few days now my cim don’t work just saying no cim have tried in another phone and still the same

@Sammychyna35  You need to request a replacement SIM card.  You can call customer service or go to a EE store with in date photo ID to make this request. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
