Hi,
I have a vodaphone number wanting to change onto my new EE plan. I requested and received a PAC code from Vodafone but I have no clear direction from EE to start the process of switching.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Dwight1996.
Welcome to EE.
You can process your PAC request by filling out the form on this page, alternatively, you can give us a call and our customer care team will be more than happy to process this for you.
The team can be contacted on 150 from your EE handset or 0800 079 8586 free from any landline or provider.
I hope this helps,
Katie

If the order has not been successful the pending payment will go back into available normally within 5 working days, your bank can confirm how long pending payments will be returned.

Welcome to the Community, @Khairullah1 😊
It's awesome to hear you're looking to come on board, and it's really easy to bring your number over.
If you already have an EE SIM, you just need to request a code called a PAC from Vodafone, then set up the transfer here:
Transfer your number to EE | Mobile Help | EE
If you don't have a SIM yet, don't worry. You can still request a PAC from Vodafone, and supply this when you place the order.
Once your SIM is active on our network this will initiate the transfer to take place on the next working day if before 5:30pm or the following day if after.
All the details you need are on the help page I shared above, too!
