I have a new contract which provided more than 1 sim card. I now have 1 that will not be required and I wish to cancel it online. I tried phoning but the wait times are too long. Is it possible to cancel online please?

Hello @BlueDun,
Welcome to the EE Community
If you are just requesting a standard disconnection where you are not joining a new provider you would need to call and put in the 30 days notice, there is no option to cancel online this way.
If you are joining a new provider but not wanting to keep the number, you can generate a STAC code online to give to the new provider to cancel it without transferring the number. If you are moving to a new provider and wanting to transfer the number you can get a PAC code instead online to give to the new provider to cancel that way.
