My phone was stolen last Friday, so I went to the nearest ee shop to get the new replace sim for my old pay as you go sim. I did not want to have any contract because I have to leave UK in few days. So, I signed for the new sim which they said it pay as you go sim replacement for my old sim. It’s also my false that i did not read everything carefully before signing because it’s very busy, the police was coming, and a lots of thing to do.
The problem is that I have to close all UK account and go back to my country. It means that I cannot pay for any contract because I have no any UK card or account right now and I have not paid for the contract because it happened only 2 days ago. Can I cancel this injustice contract without any fee?
