Hi, I've just received a message from EE to say my previous number has been transferred to my new EE account:
"Your existing number transfer to your EE plan is now complete, please turn your device off and on again for these changes to take effect. For more information about your EE plan visit".
I can't make or receive any calls - can anyone at EE please help?
Thank you

Have you restarted your phone? Does it show coverage indicators? What happens when you try making a call?

Thanks for replying. Yes I have restarted my phone several times. I get EE indicator on my phone to suggest that I am connected to the mobile network. When I try to phone any number, the call is immediately ended.

Hi @Simonb1966
Thanks for coming here.
The transfer can take till midnight to fully complete, can you keep restarting the phone and let us know how you get on?
Leanne 🙂

Many thanks Leanne - all sorted now. I called tech support and they identified and error in how my account had been set up. Having reset everything, the phone worked properly from the next morning.
