Could you let me know a little more about what is happening with your SIM? The easiest way to get a new SIM is to pop into one of our stores with some photo ID. You can also speak with our team who will get this sent out to you.

@Bagpuss68 : Is it on contract or PAYG?

  • If it's on contract, it'll replenish on your billing date.
  • If it's on PAYG, can't you just buy a new pack or add-on?
