I just got back from living abroad for a year and upon trying to start a new phone plan, found out my account and phone number was cancelled. I know that you need a PAC code to transfer your number, but is there any possibility that (providing the number hasn’t been given to a new customer) I could ask for my old number without the PAC code? I know it’s a long shot but it would be nice

Hi @cjlewis01.
If the number was disconnected that long ago, it is unlikely that it would be available again.
The only way to find out would be to have an active EE SIM and call our customer service guides. They can then look at a number change options and see if the number is available.
