Buying eSIM from abroad

Moving to England from the US in several weeks. Looking for guidance on the best eSIM plan to get; I already have an unlocked iPhone. Was hoping to do a joint plan with my partner but not seeing any options for non-individual plans?

I don't care much for any extras that EE adds on, really just want to make sure I have enough data and don't have to break the bank paying for it. Do others recommend I just get the most basic unlimited plan?

@Cold12345 : Each plan & contract is individual but plans registered under the same EE a/c are able to gift data to each other. See Gift Your Data and Set Controls .
