Hi I am trying to get a QR code for when my new phone arrives on Tuesday. I am having surgery tomorow and my phoine broke today leavning me phoneless. It says in order to activate the new e-sim it will text the old one. My old phone is broken so there is no way of getting that text. I also have no way of calling ee and there is no live chat on the website. Any help would be appreaciated. If someone from EE could give me an email address to email that might be helpful. I am really stuck as I will be rcovering from surgery and unable to leave the house.

Welcome to the community.
I can understand that this is far the best time for the phone to break and the need to have it working if you are going in for surgery.
In order to download an eSIM from your online EE account or app, it would need to send a text to the existing SIM for security.
If you don't have access to the current SIM due to the phone being broken, it would need a QR code, but you'd only be able to get that in an EE store or by having one sent out in the post, it isn't something we can send by email.
Which model of phone are you moving from and to?
