Hi @Ubah3. 

The quickest way to get your PUK code is by following these steps below:

1. Log in to EE using a web browser
2. Click on Plans & subscriptions 
3. On that page, click on Manage mobile
4. On that page, scroll down to Phones and devices
5. Your PUK Code is shown under Unlock your SIM / eSIM
