Hi, Is it possible to block a SIM card using either your online account or the EE mobile phone app?

@Mr_Odin   Do you mean it’s lost or been stolen?  If that’s the case you need to call customer services to have it blocked.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks for the reply Chris, it would be nice if both the website and app were intuitive enough for one to be able to do that themselves opposed to sitting in a call queue for ages.

@Mr_Odin  but you need to request a replacement Sim card you cannot do this online as you’ll be sent a text message to confirm that replacement Sim card which obviously you will not receive because you don’t have the Sim card that’s been replaced.

Do you need to report your SIM lost/stolen?

If yes, you can do this by calling 07953 966 150 from any landline or provider.

Hi

what actions do I need to take so that the sim card is not blocked after 180 days? In order for the sim card not to be blocked, will it be enough if I periodically top up my account and purchase and pass or add-ons?
