Why am I being charged for a watch sim
when I’m on a all rounder contract

@Joecrow just to check, does that all rounder tariff include watch data ? If it does and you’ve just set this up you go through the motions of it being a charged contract but you are not billed for it. Have you received a bill ?

I moved on to the All Rounder for iPhone a few days ago, and the day after activation the watch sim, I got a text to say "your 100% watch discount has been applied to your account"
Did you receive this same text?
I'm assuming you have just went on to the All Rounder recently. If it's a while back, I think the free watch sim was for All Rounder plans taken 29 August 2024 or later, unless this has been changed.
If you log into My EE or look in the EE app, and choose the number associated with the watch sim. If you look at the add-ons for it, it should have one that shows the following:

I upgraded a couple of months ago ago because it said about the free watch sim but I’ve had no text
and it’s not there as an extra just Apple TV and I’m paying for the watch sim as well

In that case I would give EE a call to get the 100 percent discount applied, as you should definitely be getting it for free.

Hi @Joecrow
Did you already have the watch plan set up before moving to the All Rounder plan, or has it been set up after you took the new plan?
Have you had a look on your bill to see if the discount is showing?

Thanks for confirming @Joecrow.
If the watch was set up after the All Rounder plan, and it isn't showing the discount on the bill, I would recommend speaking to our billing guides as @Fatboy71 suggested.
They'll be able to check the account is set up correctly and look to get this resolved for you.

As you are on a Retention Offer (signified by the R after the tariff name) where the plan is significantly discounted, the Free Watch Data Offer may not apply as it does to other contract types/core customer offers.
It does not normally appear on that screen that you've screenshotted anyhow even if it is included.
It could be worth calling EE to see if they can investigate, but I suspect the Retention tariff is not one of those tariffs where the Unlimited Watch Data is deployed as it will likely look for a specific code.
