@osamasarwar : You must be abroad if you can switch networks. Did you enable roaming before you left UK?

And if you're roaming, your issue is different to that of the thread you added to - your post is now in a new thread.

Does your phone show network coverage? Can you send & receive person-to-person texts? When were you last able to receive texts as expected?

my phone number is *************
this is a physical EE SIM card
yes my phone show network coverage all cells full.
I m unable to send and receive text messages. only I get EE app login OTP.
I tried to top-up via on-topUp website but the pin code I m trying send to
150 is not even getting delivered too. however I created WhatsApp when
everything was normal, I m able to get PayPal OTP on WhatsApp. I also
attached my phone with Payoneer, unfortunately they don't support WhatsApp
otp.

I heard from someone if I don't call or use my phone number for 3 months
then the SIM gets deactivated. is it possible in my scenario as I did not
use my SIM for few months like 2-3.

please help me fix this issue, any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

[Mod edit - removed mobile number. Please do not post personal details in the community]

You've just posted your full mobile number on a public internet forum - please edit this out ASAP before the site admins do so.... until then, it's an open invitation for spammers to start contacting you.

Your reply to the previous questions is a little unclear, but I *think* you're saying that you can't send or receive texts normally. You've not answered whether you're in the UK or abroad?

PAYG SIMs require chargeable usage at least once every 179days to avoid suspension - are you saying that you have done this?

I m not in UK, i guess I did not do any chargeable usage for more than 179
days.

Read the following. It likely explains your issues.

Your mobile number is still on public view - broadcasting it to all & sundry really is not wise.

so I consider it lost??

@osamasarwar : Are you on PAYG?

If so, it sounds like your PAYG SIM may have gone into hibernation due to non-use. If it has, topping-up now would be too late.

When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
