Hi,

I am having the same problem in Paris just now.

- I’ve received the welcome message “only after I texted to 150 for roaming 

- I can make and get calls

- I don’t have data

- tried auto and manual selections; only Orange F connects; no signal in others

- I see connection bars full but no data indicator (like 4G, 5G)

- I tried network reset; called apple support and confirmed that my settings are all fine

does anyone have any idea? Currently I am trying to connect my EE app, which is under maintenance (Murphy’s law)

I’ve arrived in Paris today and same thing happened to me. I can make and receive calls but I don’t have data/nternet. 

my network and roaming settings are all fine (confirmed with Apple support) but I cannot connect internet.

Automatically Orange is selected as the network, I tried the manual option as well; however other operators doesn’t have any signal. 

I have changed my phone last week and this is the first time I am abroad with this phone; but my old iPhone never had a similar roaming issue within EU.

any ideas, solutions? Thank you

It isn't possible for Apple CS to make any statement of the state & ability of roaming on your EE a/c.

Better to start one single new post for your query, than add to two separate existing ones. Now done for you.

The ROAMING text to 150 serves to check your roaming facility is enabled - if it wasn't, you wouldn't get coverage abroad and would be stuck in catch-22.

Your symptoms are unusual compared with many recent posts, where data works but voice doesn't. Did your mobile data work on this phone before leaving the UK?
