You can check the costs and bundles available for Pay Monthly at EE Roaming
By default you will normally be on the daily roaming plan, which is £2.47 a day to use your calls/SMS/data plan allowance like you would at home.

If you're away for 10 days or more it may be worth taking a roaming pass instead, which is £25 and lasts 30 days.

For Pay as you go you can pay £2.50 a day, or £10 for seven days, to use your UK allowance while abroad in EU. You can only purchase these bundles once you arrive at your destination. You will receive an SMS which contains instructions on how to add these products.
If you don't have a monthly PayG subscription in place, standard rate without the daily or weekly pack will be charged 70p per minute and 30p per text and will need to purchase a separate add-on to use data.
