Thanks for charging me £47 for roaming in Spain I'm sorry to say it's the worst service I've ever experienced.

Spain is within the EU, thus use of your allowances on pay-monthly is charged at either £2.47/day or £25/billing month.
19 days roaming at daily rate is £46.93. Are you on pay-monthly or PAYG? Which payment option did you choose?
