Did you mean:

how do I get customer service - or set iup roaming?

I tried trying text roaming as requested to 150.

They said "Just grab a Pass"  Unfortunately there is absolutely no information as to how to actually go about "grabbing a pass"

It says it's £25.00 for seven days.. Great - let's go then! - but how?? I've tried the website and there is zero information there either.

I'm a bit concerned because last time I went abroad customer service said I was "all set" only to find that I couldn't use the phone at all when I got to Canada .

Does anyone have a link to a place where I can actually sort this out - or some trick I can use to actually talk to a real person at EE?

Are you still in UK or have you gone abroad? If so, where?

You mentioned texting ROAMING to 150, but assuming you did this in the UK, what did you receive by response?

I presume that "they said "Just grab a Pass" was the comment made by a CS agent when you spoke to them? Or was that the text reply you received? That would be a bit unusual if so.

Other advice does depend on answers to XRaySpeX questions above.
