Why is the link to buy a data roaming pack broken?

I’m abroad and have been purchasing the 7 day data roaming pass for £25. I keep getting the texts including a link to buy another but the link takes me to a page that will not load. I’ve attempted searching for it separately on EE and those links are also broken. Can someone please help, need data ASAP

Having this same issue. Currently in Australia, 7 day roaming pass expired so went to buy a new one. Page keeps saying I have no data but just recently purchased a 20GB rolling add on which shows as “waiting” in the my data section.
Desperately need access to WiFi as this is how my family can contact me and now stuck in my hotel attempting to sort this out and can’t speak to a person as the time difference is too much. So frustrating.

Just to be sure, are you on pay monthly or pay as you go at the moment?
Also am I correct in thinking that the page is loading in your case, but the add-on itself won't kick in?

Hi Peter,
I’m on pay monthly. The page loads but says that I have no data roaming allowance and to purchase more but then when I go to my data I can see there’s 20GB which I purchased towards the end of last month as an add on which is “waiting”. There is no options at all to purchase a roaming pass either the 24 hour or 7 day option.

Thanks @cuelight, is it not giving you the option to re-purchase the 7 day roaming pass, or did you manage to get this sorted?
This gives you the ability to use your allowances when abroad, and as far as I'm aware once you've exhausted your allowances, any additional passes should kick in.
When is it your data usually refreshes too?

Hi Peter,
It’s not given me the option to repurchase the 7 day roaming pass. My data allowance refreshes on the 18th. The link now doesn’t work at all and says that “this page cannot be reached by the server”.
I have sorted this by going to a different company instead to purchase an eSIM.
