Voicemail when abroad

Hi - I am going to Canada in a few days and want to change my voicemail message and disable the ability to leave a message. Is this possible? Many thanks in advance  Clive

Hi @Walleeece63,

Welcome to the EE Community

You can setup an extended absence temporary greeting via your voicemail menu and when doing so select the option to not allow messages whilst this greeting is on. 

To do so call into your voicemail, select option 2 from the main menu to go to greetings options, then listen to the options and it should be option 3 to setup the temporary greeting.

To do so call into your voicemail, select option 2 from the main menu to go to greetings options, then listen to the options and it should be option 3 to setup the temporary greeting.
