I'm having the same issue now but I'm on contract. As soon as I landed in Poland I received a message to say I will be charge £2.47 per day for roaming, which I'm fine with but since the second I touched down all texts fail to send and if I try to me a call I'm told calls are blocked from this number.
I have text Roam to 150, I have checked that roaming is turned on and my s24 does not have WiFi calling so I can't even call ee customer support for help

Hi @Ghill83.
Thanks for coming here.
Have you tried manually connecting to another available network?

@Katie_B : Is texting ROAM & texting ROAMING the same thing? The Roaming Tool says "Make sure your device is set up to roam by texting ROAMING to 150 (it's free)".

Hi @XRaySpeX.
If customers text ROAM to 150 they will be provided with the option to text GOING for specific country costs or to text ABROAD if they are currently abroad and need help.
I have checked and if a customer texts ABROAD they will receive a list of ways we can help.
To activate roaming the customer will need to text ROAMING to 150.
I hope this helps,
Katie

From the tests I did with the 150-text service for another thread, I suspect ROAM & ROAMING messages both feed into the same text menu.
Initially texting gives you various options for costs, info & settings. Replying GOING offers a check of your roaming status.

@Katie_B : That looks as if ROAM does exactly what ROAMING does. Thank you!
