Unable to make or receive calls

Lenka9

I am not able to make or receive calls from my mobile. I switched phone off and on, I switched airplane mode on and off, I reset my network settings , I took the sim out wiped it and put it back in but still not able to make or receive calls. I was able to make a call on Friday.  I am currently in Europe (and have been for some time ) and the phone worked fine no problems. Please help. I am not able to call 150.

Does the phone show a network connection or signal bars? That's necessary to make & receive calls whilst abroad.

Manually selecting another network is often a good fix if you don't.

Hello @Lenka9 ,

Welcome to the community,

If you have been able to use your phone in Europe before, you have obviously got roaming enabled on your account, and you should have received the welcome message.

Have you actually gone into settings , clicked on mobile settings and then network selection and made sure that automatic is switched off? You should then be able to try different ones manually to see which one works for you.

You would otherwise have to ring customer service from another phone using one of the numbers in my signature.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
