I went into two different EE shops and both shops told me different things.  I have a Full Works contract.  I am going to Turkey soon.  Is that incldued in the Roam Further pass or will I have to buy a seperate pass?

I have tried to look online and am even more confused.  Why dont EE just provide a list of countries under each package?

Could someone advise please.

many thanks

Take a read of previous thread https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Roaming/FULL-WORKS-ROAMING/td-p/1552774

Turkey is in ROW Zone 1 as per https://ee.co.uk/roamingrefresh - individual country roaming costs can be found at https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs

As you are on contract, just remember to text ROAMING to 150 before leaving UK to ensure the roaming ability is enabled on your no.

@Matt_124 's post addresses your roaming charges.
