Are people having trouble logging in today. I cannot access our business accounts. 2 Directors are not able to make International Calls - one is in the UK, the other in the EU. I cannot check if Roaming is enabled as I cant access any account info.
Does Roaming have to be re-activated every time you come back to the UK from overseas?
Sometimes our calls are included in all the bolt ons we have - and then sometimes they are not and the spend cap gets breached and everything shuts down.
It is a shambles.

Exactly the same - was working fine, now glitching the whole time as if they keep rebooting the system and removing all the bolt ons etc.
Absolute shambles.

Can't even login today... says there is a system fault. Try again later.... like it's 1980s

International roaming is a one-off setting - once activated, it remains so unless you explicitly request it removed.
