Stuck in USA ee are rubbish!

I am stuck in the USA and can’t make calls to ee and need to urgently. There is no way to contact ee. 
an awful provider cutting corners again.

What can I do?

Hi @Dan516,

Did you have your eSIM set up before you left the UK? If you have a SIM showing as 00000000 then you should be able to delete this SIM, as it may well be interfering with your connection.

You can try removing the physical SIM @Dan516 but if you have tried to activate the eSIM while you are away then that may be why you're having trouble.

When was it you set up the eSIM?
