I’m currently in the US and have been using my roaming fine for the past week but now it suddenly says SOS only and nothing is working to connect it back.

Currently in US with a roaming pack. After 12 hours there is no network coverage but the local network isn’t down.
Tried forcing the network and it doesn’t connect, tried all the usual switching things on and off to no avail. Have tickets etc on apps which I can no longer access when out and there is no EE chat to help.

Hi, I am in Portugal. I am roaming pass illimited, have my network selection on Manual and tried them all, have switched off my phone, put it on fly mode twice, downgraded to 4G and nothing works!!!!
I have no idea why!!
And I cannot get hold of anyone at EE as I only have Wifi.
This has started 15 minutes ago, after seeing EE instead of 5G.
Is this a me problem or is there a glitch somewhere? Can anyone help please?

I have roaming for Turkey; my service has switched to emergency calls only. how to contact ee and get them to resolve issue!!!??

Same here in USA. Been working fine until today. Unable to contact EE as only way is via phone.

Hi, so I’m in Ireland and I come once a month and my phone works fine.. today however not only is my phone not working and saying no service, I can’t even ring up to get help, the bot chat service is absolutely useless.. I was able to get through earlier only for the line to disconnect.
I’ve done everything it says online from restarting phone, toggling airplane mode to even checking my roaming date but nothing seems to work..
can someone please help a girl out
