How to Activate my Free EU Roaming that I pay monthly for

Hi,

I pay an extra £2 a month to get free EU Roaming

i was just wondering how to activate as when I text 150 it tells me to pay for the 24 hour or weekly passes

Hope someone can help

Hi @Lbentham 

Welcome to the community.

If you head to this roaming tool and log into your EE account, it will let you know what your plan includes.

To make sure your SIM is enabled for roaming, please text ROAM to 150. You can also check which add-ons and benefits your plan has through your EE Online account.

Did you take a look at the roaming tool that I mentioned? If you're logged in, it'll tell you what is included within your plan, and the cost of the roaming passes if it isn't.

Make sure to check your roaming status too, before you go. Just text ROAM to 150.
