Roaming

Hi all so I’m on all rounder sim only for iPhone this shows I have roaming included does this mean I can use calls texts and data at no extra cost in EU or that I have to pay extra for a pass on top? Thank you in advance

@LeeBfc  if it was taken out after the 29th of August then yes you are covered for roaming. You’ll also need to enable roaming on your account by texting roaming to 150.  This is so you can connect to a roaming network

What your plan includes is the "Roam Abroad pass" - details are at https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roam-abroad-pass 

It covers Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Canada, USA & the EU-zone.

FYI on All-Rounder plans taken on or after 29th August 2024, it is only EU Roaming which is included in the terms.

The Roam Abroad Pass was previously available as a swappable benefit on these plans and covered the named ROW locations.

It is now only Full Works plans which have the Roam Abroad Pass included.
