Hi Luke,
I am having exactly the same problem in Italy. It worked fine for a few days, I was working remotely by hot-spotting from my phone to my laptop and it worked great. Then one day it stopped, even though it says “5G” and shows full bars in the top right hand corner of my phone. I have restarted my phone multiple times, gone through and tried manually selecting the network (I’ve changed it back to automatic now because that’s what it was on before). Basically nothing is working, at all.
Did you manage to find a solution?
