Roaming USA

I have an android phone. I have purchased a roaming pass for USA. I forgot to text roaming to 150 before I left. I'm currently now in US and have no network coverage, have been unable to make or receive calls or texts ( including WiFi calls unless via what's app)

I have been unable to contact EE as it is all either virtual assistance or call/text 150. I'm at a loss.

Can anyone help/advise please.

@Fionab66 : You need to call CS to get your roaming activated. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
