I can't phone 150 because I'm already in the country having followed the instructions several times and being told that I need to contact my account holder who's me and I have already set up roaming so now I'm stuck because I can't get hold of EE.

It would be easier for you to have put one single post explaining your issue than add to 4 other existing threads. Can you explain what problem it is that you're having?
I can deduce that you're currently abroad and having problems using your phone, but please include in your reply, whether you're on pay-monthly or PAYG? Have you used this phone abroad previously? Did you receive a welcome text message when you first arrived?
