This thread has gone on for 1.5 years. How long have you been continually in US? Perhaps you've fallen foul of EE's Stable Link policy whereby you cannot spend more then 2 months roaming in any 4 month period. EE roaming benefits are intended for UK residents who make short trips abroad occasionally.

A valid point is made regarding Stable Links, but the policy does state contact will be made prior to any action being taken.

But contact cannot be made when you are not receiving calls or texts.

I am receiving texts.  Also as of April 20th, EE forced me to get a new contract since they dropped the old roaming.  It is ever since then, April 20th that I've had this problem.  And prior to Skype going bye bye,  I was calling to inform of this issue.

Now I'm  completely SOL and haven't received ANYTHING from EE stating I've run afoul... but the issue continues and now they're charging me £48 a month!!!!!

Plus I will add, it looks like I am not alone.  I am seeing customers roaming all over, Australia,  Europe... are having the EXACT SAME PROBLEM

Read my recent post.. not going on for 1.5 years,  only the last month!
