Hi @justmikeiom

Thanks for coming here 🙂

When you arrive in Poland, and you have an active Subscription Pack we’ll send you a text to opt in to either of our roaming add-ons:

  • Roam like Home for 24 hours (£2.50 a day)
  • Roam like Home for 7 days (£10 for 7 days)

Full information can be found in our Pay As You Go Charges for Roaming in the EU | Help | EE

Have a lovely time 🙂

Leanne.

@justmikeiom : To use your pack allowances in the EU on PAYG there are roaming charges of either £2.50 / day, by having texted ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by having texted ROAMEU7D to 150, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. You will receive a msg upon arrival telling you about these charges for roaming in EU & inviting to take up these options. If you opt to reply neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & will need to buy a PAYG add-on for data.
