Roaming in India

I would like to set up a roaming package in India but I didn’t receive a welcome text message when I arrived. How can I I arrange this please?

Hi Alex,

I have removed the travel data pass but it still shows as active until 21/3/25.

I still can’t see a 7 day option. I’m going to be charged extra for using the daily pass - will EE refund the difference?

@Emil25 It seems like its probably removing it at the end of your current billing date then if is still active until the 21st. 

With regards to the charges from using the pass and potentially removing the pass before the 21st the best thing to do will be to give us a call. You can call us free from abroad on +44 (0)7953 966 150 on your mobile. 

Or you can also call free using Skype and calling +44 800 079 8586.

Hi Alex,

I’ve rung twice now - I get sent a text message but it won’t accept my reply (either with WiFi on or off).

I can’t seem to talk to anyone at EE so I’m afraid I keep coming back to you.

What I would like is the 7 day deal to cover the remainder of my stay in India (until 11/3/25). Are you able to set that up please?
