Hi,
I'm in Colombia since yesterday. I bought a zone 1-2 plan which is supposed to cover Colombia. However, I get no signal other than 3G. Before Colombia I was in Peru using 5G with the zone1-2 pass no problem.
Help please!

I manually selected another network and now it's working in 4G. When in automatic, the iPhone was using a network with only 3G.
The 4G network is Movistar. It's the first time I travel to a covered country needing to do this manually.

You're roaming and foreign networks are not under EE control. You'll get what the network provides.
Try manually selecting another network if available.

The network coverage you obtain abroad is not governed by the billing add-on you choose.
It's governed by the roaming agreements EE have with foreign networks, and the coverage they provide. Use manual network selection to choose alternative local operators as befits your circumstances.
