Roaming has been removed & I didn’t ask for this

I’m in process of an upgrade & currently have roaming included but it’s being removed why ?

@ACBR  Because it’s not included in that new tariff.  You can still roaming but you’ll pay a fee to roam.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Welcome to the community.

As Chris mentioned above the new tariff may not have roaming included. EE do offer plans which have roaming included as an added extra. If you travel frequently it may be worth looking at a plan that has that as an inclusive extra.
