Roaming charges

Hello I have unlimited data on my plan with the inclusive option of roaming included as an add on. I travel a lot, especially in USA and never normally get additional charges but this month I have some. I thought I had roaming for free in the USA so not sure why I have been charged?

We know how important it is for you to know what is included in your plan, so I'd love to get this sorted. How long have you had your current plan for, as some of our newer plans include this as standard, and some would need you to have the Roam Abroad pass as a Swappable Benefit.
