Roaming abroad pass

redstu

Hi

I just wanted to register my disappointment in the way this is charged.

I activated a roaming abroad pass when I went away and cancelled it on my return to the UK. However, because my holiday included my bill date, EE have charged pro-rata for the first few days and another £25 for a complete month which I don't need. I won't be using it again.

Where do you think EE claim this a "cheaper way to roam"? If any EE webpage claims this, I would expect it to also make the charging structure clear.
