Spent more than an hour and quarter on phone with a so called "expert" messing up.mu wife's phone during the time. In the end I was informed that THEY NO.LONGER HAVE AGREEMENT EITH VODAFONE P. YRULY PATHETOC IT TOOK THAT LKNG. SHOULD HAVE BEEN STATED. They should immeduately be able to tell you available networks. Shocking ineptitude.

Good evening, @ROBINA3
It's disappointing to hear about your experience here - whilst roaming agreements can change over time, you should still have an option to be able to connect whilst away.
I've moved your post over to its own thread so we can be sure you're getting info that's specific for your query,
Could you please let us know more about what sort of issues you've been facing specifically, and what you have tried both at your end and when speaking with our team?

@ROBINA3 , have you tried manually searching for a network? I take it you both have roaming enabled on your accounts, that is if on contract, pay as you go are automatically enabled.
You should also receive a welcome message from EE when landing in Portugal, please let us know what you have tried and whether it has worked, also you may need to just reboot the phones to get them to work.
