Contacting EE from abroad with a phone that won't work

Hello I wondered if you can help me please. I’ve lost my phone. I’m abroad with in my SIM card for I’m using another phone but I’m trying to use application. Find my phone. It’s not working

Welcome to the community,

You need to report your phone stolen immediately so that EE can block it from being used by others, otherwise you could find that someone uses it and you could end up with bills that you did not pay for and also be scammed and your friends and families.

We cannot do anything here, this is not customer service but a ;public forum with no idea who you are and no account access.

You may be able to block the phone if it is IPhone by logging into your Apple account and clicking on the device and doing it that way, but not the SIM card if it is in the phone.
