You need to switch your Inclusive Extra to ROW Zone 1 Roaming when needed.

Where are you logging in, is it via the EE App or the website into your account?

You can also speak to the guides at customer service by pressing otpion 2, which should get you through to speak to someone..

it also depends what package you are on.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
