Hi @Lynne12

Can you please confirm if you are a pay as you go OR pay monthly customer?

Did you receive a welcome text when you arrived at your destination?

Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before going abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

You are on PAYG, not pay monthly contract. Have you answered my Q?

No, you are not! You don't top-up contracts; you top-up PAYG. Also ROAMEU7D is not a contract option.

Also your plan renews every 30 days, not monthly. So 5 months of the year you are wrong!

PAYG means a prepaid top-up system, you might have regular payments or packs but you can leave at any time.

Pay-monthly contract means you agreed a minimum-term contract and receive a monthly bill.

What you are describing sounds like PAYG, in which case it needs to be first used on EE's UK network before roaming is enabled for usage abroad. Did you do this?

I’ve sorted it now
Thanks for your help
