Hi, I am in Thailand and want to do the £25 per week roaming desk you introduced this morning. For some reason, I have not received a text message from you, providing the link for me to do this. Please can you send me the text message now. Thank you!

That’s what I did all day today - all it did was load the page successfully , assuming I am buying the one day old Travel Data Pass. I don’t think EE have switched on the new Data Roaming Products - or, they can only make them work when you land/arrive in a new country rather than when you arrived a day or two ago……

Agree no txt for new roaming refresh ive reset iphone network all ok on 5g but still cant get refresh roaming  on app or internet i think ee have issues as tech people are saying same

Thank you. Problem  is now fixed. Did a long chat eventually last night with EE via the App. For anyone else with the same problem, what EE have to do is REMOVE your (old) Travel Data Pass - once they do that, you can receive the email offering you the new roaming options launched yesterday. Until they remove the Travel Data Pass, you can’t receive the text - because every time you switch on your Mobile Data, the system just understands you want to use 1 day of data under the old system so no text is sent. Once Ee removed my Travel Data Pass, the text came through within around 30 minutes.  Hope this helps other people.

Ty best advice i stopped travel data turned off wifi vpn yes ive bought roaming refresh excellent advice
