To give you some help here in the community, we'll need a little more information. Is the phone on contract or pay as you go? Can your son connect to a Belgian network?
If you need someone to look over his account, the account holder will need to get in contact with our customer support team. They'll be able to make sure everything is correct on our end, and help him get his phone working.
