Hi,
I am currently in Poland and can’t make any calls. I have never had this problem before when in Europe but renewed my contract in the last year.
what can I do to resolve this????

You'll need to call EE and activate roaming via Skype and the number in my signature.
Have you any spend cap active.

Enabling roaming is a one-off process, and unless you explicitly request it cancelled - it remains active for any & all future trips. The facility is free.
